Painted originally for the artist's Sydney World Pride exhibition held in Newtown in 2023, the rainbow Lorikeet embodies all things queer culture. 
 
In the most literal sense due it's name and ploumage, but also in it's nature as the fun loving vibrant member of this group. Often assembling en mass for raucus evening outings.
