In his latest exhibition Rob Rek takes his audience to a garden of Eden. Familiar South East Queensland coastal landscapes become gateways to the tiniest of birds and insects who have swelled into giants - while a collection of diminutive paintings are tiny windows in the delicate beauty of our countries diverse winged creatures.
An undercurrent flows from the kingdom of heaven and passes through the collection - The Artist’s intricately detailed works are embellished with Ornate frames akin to the masterpieces of the Vatican Museum and iconic symbols are reclaimed from the renaissance.

Rob Rek is a– multi award winning artist, acclaimed in particular for his depictions of Australian Birdlife.
His work is exhibited regularly across the East Coast from Melbourne to north Queensland. His sought-after paintings are held in private, corporate and Government collections from every corner of Australia and across the globe.
